Daphné joined EBL Lexington in 2021, first as a trainee lawyer and then as an associate. She practices commercial law, both in advisory and litigation matters, and assists companies with their compliance and risk management projects, working with a French and international clientele.
She has developed a particular expertise in digital law and data protection, working on contractual, regulatory, and operational issues related to digital activities.
Daphné holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Practice, with a specialization in digital business law and intellectual property, from the École des Hautes Études Appliquées du Droit.
She has also obtained a University Diploma for Data Protection Officers (DPO) from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and is a certified DPO.
Before joining ebl lexington, Daphné completed several internships with law firms and in the legal departments of Hewlett-Packard and Louis Vuitton, where she worked on issues relating to digital law and data protection.
