Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, Jérémy Cardenas practises in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on industrial property.
He advises and represents a French and international clientele across various sectors, including luxury goods, advanced technologies, consumer products, and fashion.
Before joining Ebl Lexington, Jérémy was a partner in French law firms, after beginning his career at an English firm with a strong pan-European intellectual property practice.
He is consistently ranked by leading directories among the top practitioners in France in intellectual property law (Legal 500 EMEA, WTR 1000, IP Stars…).
Jérémy graduated from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, holding a Master’s degree in Business Law (2008) and a Master’s degree in European Litigation (2009).
