Mathieu has been member of the Paris Bar since 1995. He joined Ebl Lexington as a partner in January 2013. Mathieu is responsible for the firm’s Real Estate department.
He provides advice on litigation and more general matters in the areas of real estate sales and development, construction law, leases and co-ownership. He also represents the interests of the firm’s clients in corporate litigation.
Mathieu received his DEA in private law, civil and commercial obligations law from the University Paris V. He won the CAPA award for his class, and began his career with the law firm Dircks-Dilly Favier, later working for Pechenard & Associés before joining Deprez Dian Guignot in 2002 as the Partner in charge of corporate litigation and development of the Real Estate law department. In March 2008 he became a partner with Gramond & Associés, where he created and developed the Real Estate Law department and was also responsible for the corporate litigation division.
