Magali joined Ebl Lexington in 2014. She works in the firm’s Corporate M&A department. Magali has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1997.
Magali holds a DESS in Business Law, a DJCE, with a certificate of specialization in Corporate Law, after a joint course at the University of Law of Toulouse and in a business school. Magali has been practicing as a lawyer in firms operating in business law and private equity for twenty years. She also has corporate experience, and has been actively involved in innovative projects developed by start-ups.
