A member of the Paris Bar since 1996, Arnaud is one of the founding partners of Ebl Lexington. He is in charge of the firm’s Corporate Law/M&A department.
Arnaud provides advice to French and foreign companies in the day-to-day operations of their business (protection of company rights, contracts, regulatory matters, personal data protection etc.), and extraordinary operations (for example, financing, transfers and assignments, commercialization of technology, transfer of skills and expertise, business-to-business cooperation, companies in difficulty).
In this respect, and independently of his work on behalf of financial investors, Arnaud provides advice to clients in the industrial, software, computer equipment, electronic banking, training, media, communications and digital currency sectors.
Arnaud’s practice is strongly oriented toward the international arena. He provides advice to clients in all stages of their development, with a partnership-based approach. This approach enables him to deploy his sensitivity to the financial aspects, his highly-developed creativity, and his solid good sense, while conforming to the market’s best practices, in particular concerning ethics and ESG criteria.
